With the Flex Rate, free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival (subject to a Flex Rate fee of EUR 49.00 per booked pitch/cabin). After that, 50% of the booking price is due as a cancellation fee. The Flex Rate applies to only one pitch/cabin at a time. Therefore, if you book two pitches/cabins, the Flex Rate will be charged twice.

This offer does not replace the other Terms and Conditions but supplements them in the event of a cancellation.

This offer is not valid retroactively and can only be booked at the time of booking.

IMPORTANT: The Flex Rate amount is payable immediately upon receipt of the invoice; otherwise, the Flex Rate will not apply!

The full booking amount for your stay is due upon arrival.

Mit dem FlexTarif ist eine kostenlose Stornierung bis 7 Tage vor Anreise möglich (unter Einbehalt der Flex-Gebühr i.H. v. EUR 49,00 je gebuchter Parzelle/Hütte), danach werden 50% des Buchungspreises als Stornogebühr fällig. Der FlexTarif gilt immer nur für 1 Parzelle/Hütte. Im Falle einer Buchung von 2 Parzellen/Hütten wird somit 2x der FlexTarif fällig.

Dieses Angebot ersetzt nicht die anderen Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen, sondern ergänzt diese für den Fall einer Stornierung des Aufenthalts.

Das Angebot ist nicht rückwirkend gültig. Kann nur im Moment der Buchung abgeschlossen werden.

ACHTUNG: Der FlexTarifbetrag ist sofort nach Erhalt der Rechnung zu bezahlen, andernfalls tritt der FlexTarif nicht in Kraft!

Der Buchungsbetrag für Ihren Aufenthalt wird erst bei der Anreise vor Ort in voller Höhe fällig.
