By entering Camping-Seeshaupt you accept the following regulations:

 

1. Each camper is obliged to pay the personal fee or overnight fee at the latest on the day of departure according to the valid price list. Visitors of any kind are to be registered immediately upon arrival at the reception. Visitors must have left the site by 10 p.m. if no overnight stay has been booked for them.

2. Please complete the departure formalities on the day of departure by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. The stand must be left clean and cleared by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

3. Please be considerate of your fellow campers and avoid unnecessary noise. Night rest begins at 10:00 p.m. and ends at 6:00 a.m. Lunch break is between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. At these times we ask for silence on the entire site. Loud music is strictly forbidden. Playing football is not permitted.

4. Driving with motorized vehicles is only permitted in the area for arrival and departure. Walking pace is to be observed everywhere. This applies to vehicles of all kinds (bicycles, etc.). The road traffic regulations apply on the square.

5. In the case of caravans and mobile homes with liquid gas systems, the legally required safety check must be proven. Gas cylinders (including empty ones) may only be transported with the safety cap on.

6. We are dog friendly and allow dogs to be brought to the holiday sites. Dogs of all sizes must be leashed at all times in the space. Please make sure that your dog does not relieve itself on paths, in meadows or fields. Dog excrement must be properly disposed of by the respective dog owner himself, otherwise there is a risk of being evicted.
Sanitary buildings, sales room, fitness room and rental properties may not be entered with dogs. The legal dog bathing ban in lakes applies. Dogs are allowed from 15.05. until 15.09. not permitted at the bathing area. (Ordinance of the municipality of Seeshaupt)
Please dispose of your waste sorted in the recycling center at the entrance to the site. The containers are marked. Bulky waste and problem waste will not be accepted.

7. Cleanliness is also very important to you. We therefore ask you to leave the sanitary facilities as you would like to find them. The sanitary building is closed daily from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for cleaning work and cannot be used! During this time you can use the toilets at the lake! Children up to the age of 6 are only allowed in the sanitary and toilet rooms when accompanied by an adult. Smoking and taking bottles and glasses into the sanitary rooms are not permitted. For reasons of hygiene, entering the shower and washrooms is only permitted with clean bathing shoes!!!

8. Please do not throw rubbish or wet wipes in the toilets.

9. You can empty the dirty water from your mobile toilets in the drainage point provided. Do not allow any waste water to seep into the ground and never dispose of directly into the rainwater sewer system.

10. Please help save water. Treat the grounds and facilities with care and keep them clean. Be considerate of your fellow campers and behave responsibly. Only dishes may be washed in the sinks.

11. Charging e-cars is not permitted.

12. In order to protect the lawn, plastic sheeting and the like (awning outriggers) must not be laid out on the ground.

13. Open fires (campfires) and grilling with charcoal (including the lotus grill) are prohibited on the entire site for safety reasons. Gas grills are allowed.

14. Feeding geese and other wild animals is prohibited.

15. The domiciliary rights are exercised by the administration and the groundskeepers on behalf of the owner. The domiciliary rights include the possibility of expelling persons or groups from the site or not admitting them, insofar as this appears necessary to maintain the peace or the site regulations. The instructions of the administration or the groundskeeper must be followed, especially with regard to the setting up of motor vehicles, caravans, tents and similar facilities.

16. The campsite tenant undertakes to follow and comply with the campsite regulations for fellow travelers and his own visitors.

17. The operator and his agents are not liable for damage or loss to the property of the campsite tenants and their fellow passengers, unless the campsite staff acted intentionally or with gross negligence. In the event of strong storms and storms, we ask you to go to safe places outside of the tents, caravans, etc.

18. This tourist campsite is not a residential complex for mobile groups of people who obviously do not camp in the traditional sense.
The site is also not available to people who live on the site in order to pursue a professional/commercial activity inside or outside the site. Fitters, business travellers, dealers and tradespeople are not accepted by us. Failure to do so will result in immediate dismissal

19. Washing cars and caravans is strictly forbidden anywhere on the site.

20. Discharging waste water of any kind into the street sewage system is strictly forbidden! (The rainwater is channeled into the stream)

21. The campsite, but not the toilet and shower rooms, are under video surveillance!

22. We guarantee that the space you have reserved will be kept free for the duration of the reservation. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the site fee must be paid for the entire reserved period!

23. Entering the fitness room and using the fitness equipment is at your own risk. No liability is accepted in the event of injury. Access to the fitness room from the age of 18!
