General Terms and Conditions of Camping-Seeshaupt (hereinafter referred to as the operator) for camping contracts and contracts for the rental of accommodation (T&Cs for camping and rental accommodation) We hereby inform you as follows about our terms and conditions, which supplement the statutory provisions and form part of the contract concluded between you and us will.

1. Registration/bookings, conclusion of the contract

You have the option of booking directly with the operator. The registration can be made in writing, by telephone or verbally. Subsidiary agreements and other assurances of any kind are non-binding and only part of the contract if they are confirmed by us in writing. With your registration you offer the operator the conclusion of a binding contract. The operator reserves the right to refuse bookings at any time and without giving reasons. The contract is concluded upon receipt of our confirmation. When you make a booking, you will receive a digital confirmation via email. If you have not received this confirmation within 10 days of registering, please contact the operator’s reception immediately.

2. Subject of the contract

a) Camping

The operator provides the camping guest with the booked number of pitches, the limit of which is determined by the operator, for the agreed time. The camping guest is entitled to set up a caravan, a mobile home or a tent on the pitch and to use the pitch as well as the communal facilities with the booked number of people in accordance with the conditions of these General Terms and Conditions and within the framework of the relevant public law regulations and the applicable camping regulations (see section 12). The camping guest is not entitled to establish a residence on the site or to exercise a commercial or other professional activity.

b) Rental accommodation

The contracted rental accommodation is made available to the traveler for the booked period. The term “rental accommodation” includes the following types of accommodation: Camping cabins. The tenant is entitled to use all facilities of the campsite during his stay. The guest receives a key to the apartment for the duration of his stay. Both when camping and when booking rental accommodation, the customer receives access to the barrier.

3. Group traveling

The operator has the right not to accept booking requests from groups. Special conditions apply to group bookings.

4. Long term bookings

If you book for a period for which the rental price is not yet known, you will receive a preliminary reservation confirmation. As soon as the date you want can be booked, you will receive the corresponding booking confirmation from us. You then have the option of canceling this booking free of charge within 10 days of receiving the booking confirmation.

5. Prices

The current price list applies to all bookings until a new price list is issued. The advertised price for camping and rental accommodation includes: • Use of all sanitary and leisure facilities (exception: showers, washing machines, tumble dryers) • The statutory VAT to be paid

a) Camping

Water/sewage and chemical toilet emptying are included in the price. (Exception: electricity, shower)

b) Rental accommodation

The rental accommodations are fully furnished. Electricity/heating and final cleaning are included in the price.

6. Payment

a) We only accept EC cards as a means of payment for overnight stays.

b) Payment is made on site on departure by EC card payment.

c) The invoice for all services used during the stay is due for payment at the latest on departure. For short stays, payment can be requested upon arrival; any additional services used during the stay must then be paid for on departure. In the case of longer stays, the operator can make interim bills and demand advance payments. Deposits may also be required, especially for groups.

7. Changes

Amendments and supplements to the contract must be in writing. This also applies to the written form requirement. For changes to the booking up to 45 days before arrival, if these are possible, we charge a fee of €15.00. For changes made within 45 days before arrival regarding the camping pitch or rental accommodation, we charge a fee of €40.00. A date change within 45 days before arrival is only possible after separate consultation. The operator is not obliged to fulfill the change requests. A fee will only be charged for changes to the rental accommodation, pitch or date. This fee does not apply if you rebook to a more expensive period or to a more expensive rental accommodation or pitch; Date changes are excluded from this. If, after booking more than one rental accommodation or parking space, you want to reduce the number of booked rental accommodations or parking spaces, the cancellation provisions set out in Section 8 of these General Terms and Conditions apply (partial cancellation).

8. Withdrawal/cancellation

You can withdraw from the contract at any time before arrival. The decisive factor is the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by the operator. Withdrawal can only be declared in writing. The following costs arise in the event of cancellation: • Up to 45 days before arrival, fees amounting to 30% of the rental amount are incurred. • From 44 to 30 days before arrival, a fee of 50% of the rental amount will be charged. • From 29 to 14 days before arrival, a fee of 75% of the rental amount will be charged. • From 14 to 7 days before arrival, fees amounting to 85% of the rental amount are incurred. • From 6 days before arrival, on the day of arrival and in the event of no-show, fees amounting to 95% of the rental amount are incurred. In the event of early departure, the full amount of the booking must be paid.

9. Travel cancellation insurance

In your own interest, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. 10. Arrival and departure times We kindly ask you to present your booking confirmation upon your arrival.

a) Camping

Your pitch is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Arrival is possible until 6 p.m. at the latest. Lunch break is from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. We must insist that you vacate your pitch by 10.30am on the day of departure.

b) Rental accommodation

IYour accommodation is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. We must insist that you vacate your accommodation by 10.30am on the day of departure.

11. General Obligations

Guests are obliged to comply with the current version of the camping regulations in force in the park. The camping regulations become part of the contract. The camping regulations can also be viewed at any time at the reception. The operator has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect if a customer or his guests, despite prior warning, continue to behave in violation of the camping rules and which is unreasonable for the operator or the other guests on the campsite. There is then no entitlement to a proportionate refund of the price. You are obliged to keep the rental accommodation or pitch clean yourself. The final cleaning in our rental accommodation is included in the price. Light work such as washing dishes, stripping beds, folding blankets, emptying the refrigerator, emptying the rubbish bin and disposing of the rubbish bag in the bins provided are to be done by you yourself. Keys will be handed over before departure. In addition, we reserve the right, e.g. B. to close parts of the parking facilities during major events (but not limited to them) without this resulting in a claim for (damage) compensation.

12. Minors

Arrival and stay in the facility are only allowed for minors accompanied by adults. The parents or legal representatives or supervisors of minors are responsible for their supervision in the facility and are responsible for their actions.

13. Liability

The rental accommodation, including furniture and other items, as well as the community, leisure and sports facilities of the operator must be treated in such a way that no damage occurs. The customer is liable for culpable damage of any kind. The operator is liable for damage resulting from injury to life, limb and health that is due to intent or negligence, i.e. the fault of the operator or the fault of vicarious agents or legal representatives of the operator. Liability of the operator for damages that do not represent injury to life, limb or health is excluded, unless these are based on a grossly negligent or intentional act or omission of the operator or vicarious agents or legal representatives of the operator.

14. Notice of defects

Despite all efforts, possible complaints cannot be ruled out. You are obliged to report any complaints to the operator’s reception immediately. The reception staff are entitled to receive the complaints and will pass on the notice of defects to the management. If you culpably fail to report a defect, you are not entitled to a price reduction. This only does not apply if the notification of the defect is obviously futile or unreasonable for other reasons. In the event of a defect, the operator will remedy the situation immediately, provided this is possible.

15. Pets

Only dogs are allowed on the campsite in accordance with the provisions of the campsite regulations. Other animals may not be brought to the campsite.

a) Camping

You can bring up to one dog. Dogs must be registered at the time of booking and when you arrive at the park. Dogs must always be kept on a leash, this also applies to the pitch.

b) Rental accommodation

Dogs are not allowed in shared accommodation.

16. Visitors

You can receive visitors during your stay. The visit must be announced in advance at the reception. Visitors must pay the applicable daily or pay overnight fees.

17. Electric cars

Charging e-cars is not permitted

18. Photo shoots

We regularly take photos and films in our park. This footage is used for marketing and training purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let us know at reception upon your arrival. No rights can be obtained from the images.

19. Change of Brochure Information

We reserve the right for all prices and information from the operator – e.g. B. due to rising energy costs – changes before. Only the price stated in the booking confirmation is binding.

20. Privacy policy

The personal data provided as part of the booking is used by the operator exclusively for internal purposes, in particular to process the booking and to fulfill contractual services. The further use of personal data will only take place if you give us your consent in writing with a separate declaration.
